Plaque & Awards Terms and Conditions
Due to the many variables in plaque construction, we require that you mail, fax, or e-mail us your choice of plaque and the text you desire. Engraving instructions must be in writing. We will get back to you right away with a quote.
Logos/artwork cannot be accepted by fax. Logos/artwork may be provided in CorelDraw7 or CorelDraw9, EPS or TIF format for IBM-PC. Fonts must be converted to curves. Print copy must accompany disk version.
Logos/artwork must be supplied as process ready art. Clean black and white camera ready artwork is essential for quality laser engraving. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes process ready art. If no touch up is required there will be no additional charges. Artwork requiring touch up will incur a minimum art charge of $35.00 per half hour. If any touch up is needed, we will contact you with an estimate before proceeding.
Personalization: There will be NO CHARGE for the first twentyfour characters (numbers and letters) of text. Each additional character after twentyfour will be $0.25 cents each (punctuation excluded). customer is responsible for accuracy of names and dates.
Paper proofs/corrections: The first two fax proofs will be provided free of charge. Customer to check for spelling, wording, punctuation and arrangement. Additional proofs because of customer adjustments will be $15.00 each. Customer will not be billed for corrections or faxes due to an error on our part.

Shipping: Many items will be shipped within 5-7 working days from receipt and acceptance of engraving instructions and/or artwork. Some items may take up to 10-14 days. We will advise you on delivery at the time an order is placed. We will make every effort to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Trademarks: It is our assumption that our customers have the legal right to use any and all trademarks supplied to us for reproduction.
